2017 Annual Meeting

The Annual Meeting provides for an opportunity to recognize the years of service provided by board members and staff members. This year Mitchell Nixon was recognized for three years of service on the board. Mitchell is the youngest board member at Twenty Three and his insight into the service needs of young adults is much appreciated at the board table. Retiring board member Glen Ritter was thanked for his years of service.

In addition, two staff members were recognized for their years of service, Kathy Mohr for fifteen years and Leila Mohr for thirty five years.

Leila Mohr started her career at Earl Grey Credit Union in 1982, one year after Leonard Oberg retired after 28 years as the original General Manager hired in 1953. Leila has been the longest serving employee of the credit union at 35 years, serving four generations of members. Leila has been a huge contributor to the growth in assets for the credit union from $8 Million in 1982 to just under $34 Million in 2017.

A huge Thank You to Leila for being who she is and the service she provides to the members of the credit union, her fellow staff team members and her volunteer work in the community. Next time you are in the office or have a chance to drop her an email or phone call, a few words of appreciation from members would be the best recognition Leila could receive.
